Chicago Congressman Luis Gutierrez (D, Mexico) is doing his level best to make sure the USA is flooded with lawbreakers so to further that end he has created a new “toolkit” that helps illegals beat deportation so that they can stay here despite our laws.
Despite the fact that a federal judge has put a temporary halt to Obama’s amnesty actions, Gutierrez is still pushing illegals to invoke Obama’s unconstitutional Executive Order allowing millions of illegals to stay here and gain quasi legal status.
The Illinois Democrat created what he called a “family defender toolkit” for illegal immigrants to show immigration officials in case they are detained, according to CBS News.
The kit includes a “Do Not Deport Me” card saying, in English and Spanish, that cardholders are eligible to stay under President Obama’s executive actions, even though those actions have been put on hold by a court injunction.
“If you qualify for expanded DACA or the new DAPA program that were announced by the President on November 20, 2014, please use this toolkit to protect yourself from deportation,” Gutierrez wrote in a pamphlet describing the program, according to CBS News. “Even though you cannot apply yet for these programs, you can still prepare.”
…“It explains in English and Spanish that you’re eligible for DACA or DAPA,” he said. “By using this card after you’ve been arrested or detained, you can explain that under the policy in place today, you should be released because you’re not a priority for deportation.”
Gutierrez is not a congressman for Americans. He is a congressman for illegals.
