It sounds like Tom DeLay, Former House Majority Leader, wants Obama impeached if he implements different gun control background checks without congressional approval.
If President Barack Obama implemented a plan to require background checks on some gun sales by executive order and without congressional approval, the House should consider impeachment proceedings.
Background checks are OK, but Obama should go through Congress and get it passed like everything else. Nothing wrong with following your own protocol. If you require us to follow rules, then you should too.
