I have seen this before and it is a perfect explanation of taxation in layman’s terms. Those who pay less and less, feel they are owed more and more. While those who actually carry the primary tax burden for the rest, are ridiculed, beaten, harassed and driven out of business. Therefore leaving no one to pay the tab and eventually the system collapses. The short sightedness of leaches is something to behold.
