I used to like Erick Erickson. But that was before he decided to make himself the end all be all of conservative thought. I have a problem with a guy who rejects the collective will of GOP voters and thinks he knows better than anyone else.
Erickson is an elitist!
His opposition toward Trump has nothing to do with a conservative purity test. It has everything to do with Erickson’s selfish desire set himself up as the oracle of conservatism in the ruins of a Hillary Clinton presidency. But, he is sadly mistaken if he thinks his following will grow if Donald Trump loses the presidential election.
I have lost all respect for the man and I suspect millions of other conservative who used to like him have jumped ship as well.
