Let’s face it, President Obama is a radical Leftist. He doesn’t care what happens outside the 
United States because he’s too busy re-making America into Utopia.
That means getting the rich to pay more taxes because they stole it from the poor, punishing the coal industry because of carbon emissions, and making sure our military is a bunch of guinea pigs to see how openly Gay and transgenders make better soldiers.
That’s what he’s about!
Aasking him to react to ISIS brutality and Russian expansionism is like asking a flee to stop a steamroller. It’s over his pay grade.
