In April the US State Department resumed sending non-lethal aid to Syrian rebels recently and the delivery included 43 Toyota trucks.
Now ISIS is using the trucks.
So now, if I understand this correctly, we are going to start targeting the equipment we gave to the rebels in order to what?
Defeat ISIS?
And how are we going to tell friend from foe? Intel on the ground?
And who’s providing that?
