In NYC we had we had an incompetent mayor by the name of David Dinkins who held back the NYPD during the Crown Heights riots. It was a seminal moment in New York history that ushered in the arrival of Rudy Giuliani who turned New York around from the mess Dinkins left behind.
Looks like Baltimore has a mayor in Stephanie Rawlings with the same kind of Leftist wrong-headed thinking.
