Among all of the tragic and saddening news about the Oregon shooting, liberals of course came out of the woodworks to demonize gun-owners and guns in general.
So here is a reminder that law-abiding gun owners do, in fact, stop criminal gun owners from hurting people:
A 43-year-old man was arrested on Sept. 28 after police said he tried to rob a business located in the 300 block of Kenwood Way on Sunday.
LMPD said Kenneth Graves entered the business and displayed a handgun and demanded cash. The victim pulled a gun and Graves apologized and fled without receiving any proceeds, according to the police report.
We need more men and women willing to take up a gun to defend themselves and others in these crisis situations, not less of them.
