Hawkins’ Note: We have a “stimulus” bill that is theoretically supposed to get our economy going in 2009, yet most of the spending won’t occur until 2011. There shouldn’t be any spending to “cut off” by then. The fact that there is should tell anyone with even half a brain in their head that it isn’t about stimulating the economy.
