Remember That $1.7 Billion Obama Dished Out For Hostages? Iran Ups the Offer by Billions MORE For These Two! [VIDEO]

Four Americans were being held hostage by Iran. Obama paid over $1 billion to free them. Remember that story? It was a move that was widely condemned. The United States does not pay ransoms and we don’t pay them for a reason: it emboldens our enemies and encourages them to continue targeting Americans. And, surprise! Iran is doing exactly that.

Six American hostages are currently being held by the Iranian government. They include Baquer and Siamak Namazi, a father and son who were arrested in February. That was just one month after Obama paid the ransom for the previous four Americans being held. It didn’t take long for the Iranian government to begin abducting and arresting American citizens.

Senator Mark Kirk, an outspoken critic of the Obama administration’s decision to pay off Iran, released a statement condemning Iran for their latest abduction of American citizens. “I am saddened to learn of the sentencing of Baquer Namazi and his son Siamak by Iran this week,” he said. But he still knew exactly where to point the finger: at Obama himself.

“After airlifting $1.7 billion in cash ransom payments to Iran, even the U.S. State Department now warns of increased dangers that the world’s biggest state sponsor of terrorism will continue to illegally seize Americans and Westerners who travel or do business with Iran. Companies, banks, and American citizens would be wise to stay away from Iran,” Kirk warned.

How many more Americans will be victimized thanks to Obama’s poor decision-making?
