Maxine Waters Attacks Ben Carson: I Will “take his A** part,” He Doesn’t Care About Black People [VIDEO]

At this point, Maxine Waters has to realize that the only purpose she serves is to entertain the American population. I mean, she’s like the clown at the birthday party that isn’t particularly interesting, but you watch him anyway because you’re just waiting for the cake to arrive.

Now she’s going after African American conservative Ben Carson because she doesn’t think that he’s doing enough for black people. (Not like she’s doing anything special for black people. Hell, she doesn’t even live in her own district!)

Waters is threatening to “take his a** apart” because according to her, Carson doesn’t care about black people.

“Ben Carson was appointed to be the HUD secretary. He knows nothing about the mission of HUD. He doesn’t care about people in public housing. He believes that if you are poor, it is your own fault. And he doesn’t know the difference between an immigrant and a slave.”

For the love of all that is holy, this has got to be the most unintelligent thing I’ve ever heard in my life. And that’s saying a lot because I’ve worked in this industry for four years and I’ve reported on a lot of stupid statements, the majority of which stemmed from this particular infinitely-deep well of stupidity.

The country is more divided than any other time in recent history and this is the best that Maxine Waters can do. She doesn’t care about uniting the country or trying to at least stem the flow of hatred on both sides. She’s fanning the flames of division with her tone-deaf and blatantly ignorant statements. This kind of rhetoric is dangerous in this day and age, and we should expect more of our elected officials.

Of course, nothing I can say is going to have any sort of effect on how often she shoves her foot in her mouth, but at least I can say I tried.
