Beloved TV Star Dies Suddenly – Fans Devastated

Another ‘star’ has passed. This time, not a Hollywood celebrity, but a reality TV star. “Real Housewives of New Jersey” reality star Johnny “The Greek” Karagiorgis has died and this is what we have learned about his passing.

From NY Daily News:

Karagiorgis passed away from a heart attack Saturday, ET reported.

Although not a full-time member of the cast, he and his wife Penny Drossos added plenty of drama to the Bravo show.

In 2013, Karagiorgis filed a civil lawsuit against Bravo and its parent company NBC, after a scuffle took place at the opening of cast member Kim DePaola’s store, Porsche 2 in Ridgewood, N.J.

The fight occurred after Melissa Gorga’s husband, Joe Gorga confronted Johnny about remarks he allegedly made against the mom-of-three.

After criminal charges were brought against him, Karagiorgis claimed the show’s producers engineered the fight.

Penny, owns Medusa’s Hair Loft, a hair salon in Fair Lawn N.J., often frequented by the RHONJ stars.

I’m not a big fan of reality TV. I have enough problems of my own to remedy, so there is no room to be watching others and their drama. So I cannot say I know the guy, but everyone deserves a farewell. RIP John Karagiorgis, may you find your paradise, just as you like it.
