So, is it time to start calling Denzel Washington not a real black person? Or does he have internalized whiteness? Would you rather bleach your eyes than have to read this kind of garbage?

Denzel just blew it all up. His crime? Saying that black people “can’t blame the system” for black incarceration rates. Instead, he said that personal responsibility and family values is what matters for the black community. Sounds like Denzel is a libertarian.
“It starts at the home. It starts at home,” Denzel said in an interview with the New York Daily News at the premiere of his new film, “Roman J. Israel, Esq.”

“It starts with how you raise your children. If a young man doesn’t have a father figure, he’ll go find a father figure. So you know I can’t blame the system. It’s unfortunate that we make such easy work for them. I grew up with guys who did decades (in prison), and it had as much to do with their fathers not being in their lives as it did to do with any system,” he added.
“Now I was doing just as much as they were, but they went further. I just didn’t get caught, but they kept going down that road and then they were in the hands of the system. But it’s about the formative years. You’re not born a criminal.”
Denzel, Denzel, how could you be so clueless? You aren’t allowed to have this opinion, remember? You’re asking for a sexual assault allegation soon enough. Cross these people and you’re screwed.
#DenzelWashington 's comments were not only irresponsible, but DANGEROUS for black Americans. White supremacists use talking points like this to justify harming us in these streets. But Denzel is too busy soft shoeing to know any better…. pic.twitter.com/FQMxb3uWye

This is what happens when you spend a lifetime believing you're more exceptional than the rest of "them". How people bought his "refined man" b.s for years is still stunning to me. #DenzelWashington https://t.co/jo6FxFmsYx

The grotesque historical revisionism enabled by el penedejo #DenzelWashington & his tired revival of respectability politics is a sign of fear & desperation by bourgeois entertainersOC because they see the changes & have no intellect to comprehend as jesters of the ruling class.

So, how does emphasizing family, culture and responsibility have anything to do with race, or the bourgeoisie? Oh, so implying black people should blame the fact that prisons exist on the high incarceration rates is not racist? I’m confused. No I’m not. Who is the fool, the hypocrite or the person who is shocked by a hypocrite’s hypocrisy? Nothing the left can do shocks me anymore. It’s par for the course. In fact, I would be shocked if these were not the reactions people were having on Twitter.
So Denzel says people aren’t born criminals and somehow he is ignorant. Sounds good enough to me. Yet another example of how leftists do not know how to think, they are told what to think. Shield your children from this line of thinking, hold them close to your hearts and do not let this brain poison infest their thoughts.
