THIS State Just Gave The Middle Finger To Obama’s ‘GUN FREE ZONES’ In a HUGE Way!

I call this common sense. If a Tennessee grocery store bans guns on its property and a black bear or wild hog kills or injures a person who otherwise would be carrying his or her gun, the gun owner would be allowed to sue the property owner if a newly introduced bill became law. People have a right to be armed and defend themselves. So it only makes sense that if you are forced to abide by a gun free zone and something happens to you and you survive, that you could and should sue them.

Gun Free

From TellMeNow:

Liberals are furious this week after a newly introduced bill in Tennessee stated it would allow gun owners to sue property owners if they are injured in gun free zones.

According to Weaselzippers, the bill allows people to sue if they were injured in an area where they would have otherwise been carrying a gun, if they were allowed to do so. The proposed bill is called Senate Bill 1736, and it’s sponsored by Sen. Dolores Gresham, R-Somerville.

“It is the intent of this section to balance the right of a handgun carry permit holder to carry a firearm in order to exercise the right of self-defense and the ability of a property owner or entity in charge of the property to exercise control over governmental or private property,” the bill states.

This is Tennessee giving the middle finger to Obama’s gun free zones and I love it! The legislation places responsibility on the business or property owner of the gun-free area to protect the gun owner from any incidents that occur with any “invitees,” trespassers and employees found on the property, as well as vicious and wild animals and “defensible man-made and natural hazards.” The bill only applies to those with valid gun permits. Liberals are furious over this as you can imagine. I’d love to see it done in every state of the Union.
