Arrest Record Puts Face Of “Dreamer’s Movement” On PRIORITY Deportation List!

Here’s a question: What happens when an illegal immigration activist turns into the poster-child for the open borders lobby? Ding-Ding! You got it, deportation is at hand.

Activist Jessica Colotl received a memo from the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) that her secured status under the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, is no longer able to protect her from the law.

Colotl’s attorney gave the media a document signed by officials with ICE which declared that her reneged DACA status was “Due to respondent’s criminal history,” stating that “she is an enforcement priority…”

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is now petitioning that an immigration judge deport Colotl back to her homeland Mexico, the country she had left when she was 10 years-old.

ICE officials mentioned that Colotl’s prioritized deportation was chiefly because she had a criminal record, where in 2010 she was arrested after driving without a license and of course, for being in the U.S. illegally. Officials also said Colotl lied to the police at the time they had her in custody.

“Jessica Colotl, an unlawfully present Mexican national, admitted guilt to a felony charge in august 2011 of making a false statement to law enforcement in Cobb County, Georgia. Under federal law, her guilty plea is considered a felony conviction for immigration purposes.”

Charles Kuck is an attorney that specializes in open borders and has said he has never seen a DACA recipient have their protected status lifted because of a criminal charge, but that is a direct result of a President Trumps new enforcement methods, a change that will strengthen the U.S. resolve to get criminals out.

The negligent enforcement measures of the Obama Administration are long gone and behind us. Trump is looking for the deportation of nearly every illegal immigrant who is charged with a crime.

In John Hawkins’ new book, ‘101 Things All Young Adults Should Know’, he teaches in number 70, “When it comes to life, your attitude should be, ‘If I didn’t earn it, I don’t deserve it.'” Illegal immigration is a lack of respect for the nations laws. Sneaking into the country and having no way of accountability is not a good way to earn your stay.
