Father Takes Infant To Hotel, Does UNTHINKABLE To Her On Facebook Live Before Hanging Himself…

There is a special place in Hell for someone who murders their own infant child for the world to see.

It gets even hotter when you killed your kid simply because you had a fight with your spouse. That kind of evil is potent, but rare. That being said, it’s still horrifying to see.

Wuttisan Wongtalay of Thailand was paranoid that his wife was planning to leave him. His ultimate fear was that she didn’t love him anymore.

Wongtalay’s wife, Jiranuch Triratana, was fearful that he was going to hurt their 11 month-old daughter, despite claiming that he loved her.

It turns out, she had every right to be worried.

Following an argument, Wongtalay took the young girl and drove to an abandoned hotel, where he shared a Facebook Live video of himself hanging the screaming infant. After the baby went quiet, he turned off the video and hung himself.

The videos of the child’s hanging were up for 24 hours, accumulating a total of 370,000 views between the two before being taken down by Facebook.

A Singapore-based Facebook spokesman denounced the improper use of their streaming app and gave his condolences to the families involved in the horrible incident.

“This is an appalling incident and our hearts go out to the family of the victim. There is absolutely no place for content of this kind on Facebook and it has now been removed.”

Facebook also says that it is aware of these problems and is developing ways to keep inappropriate content from ever being posted to Facebook. The problem with that is, when you have a LIVE streaming application, you’re going to have people pushing the boundaries of what is and isn’t acceptable. As a social media site with community standards, you have a responsibility to keep that content from proliferating, but barring your removal of the app entirely, you’re never actually going to be able to prevent certain things from hitting the airwaves.

It should also be noted that the Internet has never been a “safe space” where you have the right to not be offended. All we can really do (in an effort to preserve as much freedom as we can) is to report legitimately inappropriate content like this and have Facebook review it for removal. Unfortunately, if it exists, bad people will use it to do bad things.
