Victor Razumov robbed a 73 year-old woman who lived half a mile from him in 2012. Then he slit her throat and killed her. They are saying he is incompetent and cannot stand trial. While awaiting trial, this nut job gouged out his own eyes in 2014 at Trenton State Prison. He claims he was framed (don’t they all) and that he has been found innocent of all crimes because he is incompetent. Let me tell you something… I don’t think insanity should be allowed as a valid defense. He sure as hell knew what he was doing was wrong when he cut her throat and left her to die. Let the punishment fit the crime and save everyone a lot of time, trouble and expense here.

SUPERIOR COURT — Even after undergoing treatment, Victor Razumov is still unfit to stand trial on the charges that he slit the throat of the resident of a home he was robbing in 2012.
Judge William J. McGovern made the determination after relying on the reports of doctors at the Ann Klein Forensic Center.
Razumov, 21, is charged with murdering Virginia “Suzy” Sommer, 73, while burglarizing her home on Valley View Trail in Wantage on Nov. 14, 2012. He was found in September to be unfit to stand trial by Judge Thomas J. Critchley, who also ordered that Razumov undergo treatment and periodic evaluations in the hope that he be able to assist in his own defense.
Charges include first-degree murder, first-degree felony murder, possession of a knife, stealing jewelry worth more than $500, selling the stolen jewelry, tampering with a probation receipt by eating it, attempting to avoid arrest and obstructing the New Jersey State Police’s criminal investigation by attempting to destroy evidence.
They keep thinking they can treat a functioning psychotic and make him competent. Stop it! The guy is a murderous loon. If this were a dog, you’d put him down. Is there no justice for the woman he killed? I don’t care what the psychiatrists say or that he is now held in their facility. Some people cannot be fixed or treated. It’s been four years since this poor woman was slaughtered and this winner is still being trotted back and forth. He more than deserves the death penalty for what he did. They’ve got this demon on drugs and therapy – the only therapy he needs is a date with a needle.
