Sheriff RIPS Into “Moron” Teenage Boys Who Terrorized Little Girl As A Prank [VIDEO]

It looks like Florida Sheriff Chris Nocco furiously condemned a teenager who ‘terrorized’ a nine year-old girl. But that’s not all. Apparently this 18 year-old did it while dressed up like one of those Japanese cartoon characters – anime. The whole disgusting thing was recorded by the teen’s friend.

In a press conference, the Sheriff tore into the teen:

“We got 18-year-olds that are leaving to go off to college. 18-year-olds starting their careers, 18-year-olds sacrificing their lives, going overseas to defend our liberty and what America stands for. Then you got this moron standing out there creating a Japanese anime whatever its called.”

Drew Bretnall is that moron in question. He hunted down the nine year-old as she was walking home after school was out. Bretnall and his friend recorded the buffoonery on his cell phone and posted it to many a millennial’s social media app, the annoying SnapChat.

The sheriff continued ripping into the teens:

“They scared this little girl to death. She thought there was clear and imminent danger to herself. They scared her to death.”

Nocco says he will be working with the State Attorney’s Office to make sure that these two idiots suffering from self-arrested development are both charged with misdemeanor assault charges.

Bretnall’s family were quick to protect their little moron ‘child’ teen, claiming that the whole thing was “ridiculous” and said that they are in contact with a lawyer to defend the teen, as they claimed it was just a joke. Bretnall told police that he was just attempting to repeat what he saw in a scene from Anime, a genre of Japanese comic books and cartoons that a lot of kids, teens…and too many lonely adults, are into.

The teens could be seen running after the nine year-old girl in surveillance video acquired from different homes throughout the area.

In John Hawkins’ new book, ‘101 Things All Young Adults Should Know’, he teaches in number 10, “People are what they are and probably are not going to change much once they reach adulthood.” Nothing could be closer to the truth when it comes to these two idiots. But the problem of arrested development goes to MANY of the millennial generation. They just never had the responsibility or the forced necessity that really grew young idiots into responsible adults.
