Heartbreaking Words of an Afghan Interpreter Obama Left to Be Murdered by the Taliban [Video]

You know, we bend over backwards to bring a terrorist back to the US from Egypt… we move heaven and hell to rescue a traitor and trade five of the worst terrorists in Gitmo for him, plus paying ransom… but we can’t seem to get Visas approved for thousands of translators in Afghanistan who helped our warriors fight the enemy. They put their lives on the line for us for years and we are letting the Taliban hunt them down, torture them and execute them. Guess in Obama’s world view, they fought on the wrong side, huh? So much for not leaving any brother-in-arms behind – that’s all Obama knows how to do. One brave translator held on for four years, but was captured by the Taliban earlier this year and murdered. He was loyal to the US till the end. Wish the same could be said for our President.

From the Conservative Tribune:

Just as brave and taking the same amount of enemy fire as U.S. troops on the ground in a Middle East war zone, Afghan interpreter Sakhidad Afghan was always a critical part of any unit he was attached to and was treated like a brother.

So why did President Barack Obama and the U.S. State Department let him die a tortured death at the hands of Taliban terrorists while waiting on a visa approval through a special program set up specifically for translators who were considered “at-risk” in their own countries for assisting the United States?

As Afghan waited patiently for his visa to be approved, he felt a deep sense of loyalty to the United States. In an email sent not long before his death, he told a trusted friend, “I was always loyal to U.S.A and never betray its mission … I am absolutely sure that I have deserved an approved visa for United States.”

First beginning his work with the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Air Force in 2008, Afghan loved every minute of it and did anything he could to assist U.S. service members in their long battle against radical Islamic forces.

After Taliban forces began targeting interpreters in country, the State Department launched the special visa program, but what they didn’t realize is that the threatened interpreters couldn’t afford to wait four months, let alone four or more years for approval.

In Afghan’s case and, according to the Washington Free Beacon, the cases of many others like him, the long waiting period cost them their lives.

We’d like for just one person in charge of the program, perhaps President Obama himself, to provide an explanation as to how it could possibly take that long to approve a visa for a person who was willing to die for this country and had been promised a better life.

Not only that, but his spirit remained strong, even as the years went by, as he wrote in another email to a friend that said, “Every rock strikes the feet of disabled goat. The poor gets poor, and the rich gets rich. But I can see my future is bright.”

We’re sorry you never got to find out for yourself, Afghan, but rest assured we’ll do our best to spread the word far and wide of your loyal and honorable service to the United States of America. Your sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Please tell me how this can be viewed as anything but intentional on the part of Obama and the State Department. These men knew they were risking their lives and everything they had, but thought they were doing the right and honorable thing by helping the US. So, what do we do? Our craven leadership turns their backs on them and leaves them to die at the hands of those who are our sworn enemies. Actions speak far louder than words and this is symptomatic of the treason within our halls of power here in the US. These Afghanis are every bit as courageous as our Marines… they are our friends and allies. It speaks volumes that we are condemning them to die in the name of political expediency. Their blood cries out and is all over Barack Hussein Obama’s hands.
