Not quite the first haircut they had in mind! A Hilarious video captures the moment a girl, 2, is caught cutting her own hair… and then proudly hands it to her dismayed dad

This must be a right of passage. I know I cut my sister’s hair without permission when I was little. One of my daughters not only cut her hair all off, she then proceeded to cut the whiskers off the cat. It took us days to figure out what was wrong with the darned cat. This little girl is adorable – a shame about the hair, but it will grow back and it is hard not to laugh at it. Just adorably cute.

In the footage, two-year-old Tallulah holds a large bunch of blonde hair up to the camera.

From the Daily Mail:

A hilarious video has emerged of a father discovering his young daughter has cut her own hair off.

In the footage, captured by the girl’s father at their home in Darley Dale, in Derbyshire on Monday morning, two-year-old Tallulah holds a large bunch of blonde hair up to the camera and explains: ‘I cut my fringe off because I didn’t want it to be in my eyes!’

Writing about the video online, her father says: ‘I came downstairs first thing in the morning to find that my two-year-old daughter Tallulah had got her first ever haircut… Unfortunately it was self-administered.’

In a final amusing twist at the end of the video, Tallulah’s father accurately compares her new hairstyle to the trademark mullet sported by Yolandi Visser from South African rap group Die Antwoord.

The little girl didn’t like having her hair in her eyes… so she solved the annoying problem. Hmmm. I sense an executive in the making. Either that, or a budding rap artist, take your pick. She was so proud of her work too! Of course, sis saw nothing… nothing! Yeah, I bet. Sporting a blonde mullet and a hank of hair – what a present for dear ole dad first thing in the morning. Dad… be thankful she didn’t shave her head. Just sayin’.
