About Time: Two Big MSNBC Whackjobs Were Just Pulled Off The Air

Two of the biggest whackjobs on the increasingly shrill and extreme cable network MSNBC have just been fired. The egregious Ed Schultz and the racemongering Alex Wagner have both been fired by the far, far left network.

Neither show ever had much by way of ratings and should have been axed a long, long time ago. But MSNBC has been toiling as the worst rated network on cable, so it looks like they are finally trimming some fat… oh, apologies to Ed, there.

Due to extremely poor ratings, MSNBC formally announced Thursday it will bring down the ax on Ed Schultz and Alex Wagner. It turns out hate-mongering against conservative Republicans and sucking up to far-left Democrats is not a great way to attract large audiences.

In his time in the anchor chair on The Ed Show, Schultz accused Republicans of wanting to murder old people –“The Republicans lie! They want to see you dead!”– and couldn’t believe President Barack Obama didn’t have sky-high approval ratings: “It amazes me that people don’t love Obama.”

Alex Wagner’s run on her eponymously named show Now with Alex Wagner included ridiculous overplaying of the race card — “Usage of the word ‘thug’ spiked on Monday…Some people are saying the ‘T’ word is the new ‘N’ word”– and silly sucking-up, as she gushed to Chelsea Clinton: “I must bring up the fact that your mother — she graced us all. Everyone is thrilled that she is now on Twitter.” – See more at: http://newsbusters.org/blogs/nb/geoffrey-dickens/2015/07/23/bye-bye-ed-and-alex-worst-outbursts-axed-msnbc-hosts#sthash.r1byrdd1.dpuf

The folks at Newsbusters did a write up of some of the worst hits, if you will, of both Schultz and the race-pushing Wagner. Go check out their post with video and everything.
