JUST IN: Huge Shakeup In Trump White House

I’m not sure I believe all of this. The rumors of Rex Tillerson departing the White House are still swirling. President Trump’s wording of a denial yesterday was odd as well, “He’s here, he’s here.” I’m not sure what to make of that. But his isn’t the only rumored staff change and the other two big ones are explosive. Sources (they never give their names) say that Trump’s top economic adviser, Gary Cohn, is on his way out, which I find hard to believe. Even worse, Jared Kushner is rumored to be leaving. On that one, Trump has hotly denied it.

Cohn has had a tense relationship with President Trump as of late. These same unnamed sources are claiming that once the tax bill is through Congress, that he will be leaving. Kushner has had his involvement curtailed in the White House. That’s because he has been viciously attacked every time he tries to get something done. He may have to deal with Mueller’s investigation and get caught up in legal battles over it. That may force him to step away, but I doubt it would be permanently.

“This is pure speculation,” said White House spokesman Raj Shah in an emailed statement about potential staff moves. Yes indeed, that’s all it is. The rumor mill has been in hyper drive ever since Trump was elected and nine times out of ten, the rumors are bogus. Typically, after the first year of a presidency there are some changes in personnel, so that would not surprise me. But I think it is deplorable of the Marxist media to second guess the President and make things as difficult as they can for him. They never did that to Obama.

Trump has had trouble getting people into positions and staying there from the beginning. The Democrats block everything he tries to do — I’ve never seen a President face such obstructionism in my life. A number of people he’s gotten in have left – they couldn’t take the heat, the pressure and the never-ending media scrutiny poking into every facet of their lives. I wouldn’t want to go through that, would you?

I can tell you this, Trump’s military policy is unlikely to change. And his moves to improve deals is not going to change either. So, people need to stop second-guessing the Commander-in-Chief. He will go by his own common sense and rules and staff changes will not affect that. “It may be February, it may be March, it may be April, but I think once you get to that time period, people are going to feel as though they’ve kind of put their time in,” said one person with close ties to the White House. Again, don’t you just love how no one is ever named in these quotes? I think the media makes a lot of them up. “You´re definitely going to see some people leave after tax cuts get done,” said a separate Trump adviser, who requested anonymity to speak freely about the administration. We’ll see.

I know that Trump is not thrilled with Tillerson. He’s not enough of a pit bull for him. He’s TOO diplomatic and it drives Trump nuts. Nothing ever moves and gets done. As for Sessions, it’s the same deal, only worse. But a State Department spokeswoman said Tillerson’s chief of staff had been told by the White House that the reports of Tillerson being replaced were not true. I think all of this is to cause upset in the Trump White House and sow division and chaos. Consider the source.

Cohn’s future in the White House has come into question since his public criticism of Trump’s response to the violence at a white supremacist rally in Virginia in August. Their once-tense relationship has since improved, however, and one source close to the White House said he could stay longer to help spearhead legislation to improve U.S. infrastructure. Which would not surprise me. “I’d go a little bit against conventional wisdom here and say he’s got one more project to get under his belt before he leaves,” the source said, referring to infrastructure. The White House noted Cohn’s interview with CNBC earlier this month in which said he did not plan to leave after tax reform was finished. “It’s my plan to stay and work as long as I can help the president drive his economic agenda,” Cohn said.

There are even rumors that General John Kelly is planning on leaving. Right. Not likely. That is one general that does not turn and run. This is all wild speculation. These same sources think Trump can be manipulated. I have seen no sign of that… AT ALL. Kushner told the Washington Post this month that he and his wife, a fellow White House adviser, were “here to stay.” They are family and they aren’t going anywhere. The media is just salivating over possible departures… if I were them, I wouldn’t get my hopes up.
