Speech is not aggression. Forbidding speech is aggression. Censorship is aggression and not in any micro sense. Forbidding people access to rational thought by denying access to concepts necessary for rational thought is direct aggression against the reasoning required for survival. These people are trying to debilitate and create dependencies. They see anyone with ability as a threat. This is surreal. This is not a metaphor, it’s now literal. They really, really don’t want you to be able to think for yourself, much less speak and act independently. This is a college embarking on a course of self-destructive anti-intellectualism. By making it impossible for students to reason and think rationally, they turn their presumed “intellectual” product into something more closely aligned with the outcomes of Idiocracy.
The University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point is the latest school to ban common phrases like, “everybody can succeed,” or “America is a melting pot” because of their racist nature.
The list of “microaggressions” is posted on the university’s website.
At UWSP “everybody can succeed” is now banned on campus.
The University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point has released a list of microaggressions it expects new faculty to read. The list, first reported by the Social Memo, can be found on the university’s official website.
The titled of the document is “Examples of Racial Microaggressions” and outlines types of “racist microaggressions,” examples of them, and what they are “actually” saying.
In the section “Color Blindness: Statements that indicate that a White person does not want to acknowledge race,” the quote, “America is a melting pot” is said to be racist. According to the document, whites try to force others to “assimilate/acculturate to the dominant culture” when they say that.
It is now being mandated that no one succeed – that no one excels at anything. We are all to be some bland, gray sameness, robotically and slavishly carrying out tedious lives of conformity. If that isn’t hell, it would serve quite well as a form of it. Berkley is doing this as well – I wrote on it just recently. Political correctness insanity is sweeping the nation and especially the universities. Getting a college degree will now be a detriment, an impediment… it will actually impair your ability to work. Corporations hoping to hire persons capable of reasoning might do well to entertain the idea of internal or jointly-sponsored trade schools. Because clearly, universities will no longer be able to fill that need. They are now actively embroiled not only in speech censorship but thought control. Welcome to the merging of 1984 and A Brave New World.
