Knife-Wielding Thug Runs into Police Station Shouting ‘Allahu Akbar’ – Then the Unthinkable Happened

On the one year anniversary of the Charlie Hebdo massacre in Paris, France, a man ran into a police station wearing a fake suicide vest and he was wielding a knife. He was shouting ‘Allahu Akbar!’ and was obviously an Islamist. The police took him out. Another day, another dead terrorist. ISIS propaganda had said that area would be attacked and it was. The guy was around 40 years-old. Very little is known at this point. This happened minutes after French President François Hollande commemorated the victims of the Hebdo attack.

JUST IN: A knife-wielding man ran into a police station in northern Paris shouting “Allahu akbar,” French officials say. He was wearing what appears to be a fake suicide vest and was shot dead, according to reports.

The situation happened minutes after French President François Hollande was commemorating the deaths of the Charlie Hebdo massacre – a year ago, today.

The Jihadist had a butcher’s knife and a mock vest – he definitely had a death wish and didn’t mean to survive that encounter. Alexis Mukenge, who saw the shooting from inside another building, told the network iTele that police told the man, “Stop. Move back.” Mukenge said officers fired twice and the man immediately dropped to the ground. Police cleared out hundreds of people who had gathered at a subway station and along nearby streets. Shops were ordered shuttered along neighboring streets and shop owners hastily rolled down metal shutters. Welcome to the new norm in Paris and throughout Europe. Pictures posted on social media showed a man in jeans and a grey jacket lying with his arms out at his sides on the pavement, yards from the entrance to the police station. No tears here. I’m glad this thug removed himself from the gene pool. If this was the work of ISIS, it was lame and amateurish.
