This Man Has Three HUGE Lumps On His Back… What Comes Out of One of Them, OMG!

This gentleman has what Dr. Sandra Lee (aka Dr. Pimple Popper) is calling the Bermuda Triangle of cysts on his back. They are huge… two are protruding. In the video below, she excises one of them. First she marks it up with a pen for incision while calmly talking to the patient. He has never opened up these cysts or gotten anything out of them. The man has hair growing everywhere but on the cysts. As she opens it up, you can see it is full of some kind of gelled pus. She must have given him a local because she is cutting the skin and he is laughing and joking while she’s doing it. Very cringe-worthy and extremely gross.

When Dr Lee squeezes the cyst, it erupts into a huge stream of thick sebum – and she can barely contain her delight. I’m glad this is her job and not mine. Ick. “It’s a nice pure one, man. It’s never been touched before,” she says excitedly. Depending on your viewpoint, you are then subjected to the pleasure/horror of seeing the sebaceous sac surgically removed, leaving a giant hole in the skin. She will then suture it up after sterilizing the wound to let it heal hopefully. Only two more to go. These are basically infections under the skin and when they are cleaned out they smell awful. This is not a profession for the feint of heart or weak of stomach. Another victory for the good doctor.
