LEAK: Did Loretta Lynch Agree To Join Bill Clinton In Private Meeting In Return For A Favor?

Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law and the owner of The Observer, is claiming to have a source in the security detail to Loretta Lynch or Bill Clinton, that is spilling the beans and saying it was not a chance encounter. Now, that could be true… but after Trump’s using The Enquirer to smear Cruz the way he did, let’s just say I’m a bit skeptical. The FBI doesn’t tend to ‘leak’, but who knows. If someone did, they won’t have a job for long. I don’t believe it was a chance encounter at all… that was not ever in doubt. The source claims that Bill Clinton was maneuvering to have time with Lynch. That’s entirely plausible, but again… it’s the source part that bothers me.

When Attorney General Loretta Lynch agreed to meet with Bill Clinton in her plane at Sky Harbor International Airport last week, it may have been more than a mere act of politeness for a former president — she may have been returning a political favor.
After the 30-minute meeting was uncovered by an enterprising local reporter, Lynch claimed it was all innocent, chance encounter as well as a “mistake” and in retrospect she shouldn’t have agreed to it.
First of all, it wasn’t a chance encounter, according to the New York Observer, a weekly publication owned by Jared Kushner, husband to Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka.
The Observer’s source was an unnamed member of a government security detail — either an FBI agent protecting Lynch or a Secret Service agent protecting former President Bill Clinton.
One wonders about quid pro quo here… Clinton was in large part responsible for Lynch’s rise within the Justice Department. After all, “he first nominated her to be the US attorney in Brooklyn in 1999, a promotion that changed her life,” according to Michael Goodwin, writing for The New York Post. Clinton wouldn’t have cared whatsoever how it appeared… they’d have to prove collusion or mal-intent. So, he probably called in a favor from Lynch for the confab. I’m sure they discussed what questions would be thrown Hillary’s way by the FBI. I don’t know why anyone is surprised by all this. When Loretta Lynch took Eric Holder’s place, I said she would make him look like a rookie and that she was corrupt. Gee, looks like I was right.
