Adults Explain Masturbation to Very Young Children in Cringe-Worthy Viral Video

I don’t know about you, but I NEVER set my children down and explained what masturbation is. My parents never explained it to me either. There is such a thing as teaching your children ‘too much’. This would be one of those instances. In a cringe-worthy viral video, a supposedly liberal father explains masturbation to his little boy. This is disgusting and I just can’t believe any parent would think this was appropriate for their children.

Our culture has devolved so much in the last decade, I scarcely recognize it anymore. All sense of morality and modesty is pretty much gone. This is yet one more sign of that deplorable state. It actually sickens me in the extreme. I don’t find this video funny or amusing. I find it disgusting and I feel sorry for this child. His father, or whoever this is, is a deviant as far as I’m concerned.

In WatchCut’s latest video, parents teach their children all the ins and outs of self love. Most of the kids are pretty good sports about the whole thing — even the one boy who finds out his mom’s “back massager” is used for a slightly different purpose.

Of course, masturbation is a totally natural and healthy thing that’s well worth teaching kids about. But the idea of your mom explaining how a vibrator works? Eeek.

I disagree with the writer here. The act of ‘self love’ is not a natural or an acceptable thing. Not in my world anyway. If you listen to liberals and pop culture, I’m sure you are convinced it is. Just a few years ago, it was considered not okay and something only talked about in the blue pages of pornographic novels and magazines. Yet, here we are.

I don’t know about your family, but we don’t raise our children this way. There are some things you don’t discuss. Yes, they will learn about it and make their own decisions, but that does not mean it is a topic of conversation that should ever be had between parents and children. If your child asks, then that is something I would proceed to discuss delicately. Not in a crass way as these people are doing. Man, sometimes I hate the times we live in.
