This just makes me sick! Who the hell thinks that they can do this to a sweet, innocent puppy and abandon them? You have some nerve abandoning an animal like that on the side of the road. KHOU reports:

Eventually, the Good Samaritans were able to remove the tape from the dog and animal control took the 8-month-old German Shepherd into their care. As of Sunday, the dog was doing well.

Allen says he was raised always having dogs around and can’t understand why anyone would want to hurt an innocent, defenseless dog. He says he has a message for the person that did.

“I hope karma comes back around a gets them good, they need to go to jail,” he said

Yea, well, they are lucky I don’t come around and give them a square foot in the butt. I hope that this puppy gets back to full health and finds a forever home. She deserves it.
