Illegal Aliens From Ebola Zone Have Been Pouring Across Undefended Border

Even now Obama refuses to close the open border, the defense of which is the primary justification for the federal government’s extravagantly expensive existence. In light of Thomas Duncan traveling to the USA from West Africa to treat himself to free healthcare for his Ebola, these stats are alarming in the extreme:

During the 2013 fiscal year, national statistics from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security website show Border Patrol agents apprehended 112 immigrants from Guinea, 231 from Liberia and 145 immigrants from Sierra Leone, which are the three countries currently experiencing the most cases of Ebola.

Only a small percentage are actually apprehended, although those who come specifically to get treatment for their Ebola may head directly for the nearest border patrol station on purpose, like the hordes of illegal alien children (of all ages) have been doing, secure in the knowledge that the USA does not respect its own sovereignty and certainly does not turn away any likely welfare recipients (i.e., Democrat voters).

If an immigrant with the virus does make it past agents, [Chris Cabrera with the National Border Patrol Council] worries they could possibly pass the contagious virus to other immigrants while in a stash house like they saw recently during a scabies outbreak.

“Some of our agents did contract scabies, and some of the other things that illegal aliens had. Luckily it’s not something deadly like Ebola,” Cabrera said.

Not yet anyway — unless you count enterovirus D68.

But then, why should Ebola vectors bother to sneak across the border when Obama is still letting them fly right in through the front door?

It looks like the promised “fundamental transformation” of the USA into a country Michelle can be proud of may entail a dramatic reduction of the population. This is consistent with liberal dogma, according to which our excessive numbers are bad for the planet. It isn’t only because of their love of abortion that liberals are known as the Culture of Death.
