**BREAKING NEWS** Army Captain Files Lawsuit Against Obama – The Reason? ISIS…

It’s happening. On Wednesday, this Army captain filed suit against Obama for his “illegal war” against ISIS. What does this mean? Here, find out for yourself…

From Young Conservatives:

President Obama has failed to properly wage the war and has not been honest about the reality of the situation on the ground.

On top of that, there are those who disagree with the way we went about fighting the battle in the first place.

Which leads us to this report that says an Army captain has filed a lawsuit against President Obama for waging an illegal war.

From Breaking 911:

An Army captain filed suit against President Obama on Wednesday, claiming that the president is engaged in an “illegal war” against Islamic State in Iraq and Syria.

Nathan Michael Smith, who is deployed to Kuwait as an intelligence officer at Camp Arifjan, argues in the lawsuit that the president lacks the proper authorization for his campaign against the Islamic State, sometimes referred to as ISIS, because he failed to get congressional authorization under the War Powers Resolution of 1973.

The Constitution grants only Congress the authority to declare war, and the War Powers Resolution limits the president’s ability to deploy forces into hostile situations for more than 60 days without congressional approval, Smith argues. As a result, he was conflicted about the engagement.

This is a developing story, stay tuned… You’ll want to know how this pans out.
