It is becoming more and more clear that there is no rule of law in America. There is one set of laws for we peasants, and another set of laws for leftist political elites. Not only is Hillary Clinton a felon that should rot in prison, but one of her top choices for Vice President is an admitted criminal as well. Still, Obama’s so-called “Department of Justice” is doing nothing about the criminal act because he’s a Democrat.

Like Clinton, Castro recently broke the law.
Like Clinton, Castro will get away with breaking the law.

Julian Castro, the secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), broke federal law when he gave an interview to Yahoo News’ Katie Couric and made multiple political statements while presenting himself in an official capacity.
This alone is a violation of the Hatch Act, something that Castro has now even admitted too, but President Obama says he will let him off the hook since he fessed up to the rule-breaking.
“I think, to his credit, Secretary Castro acknowledged the mistake that he made,” said White House press secretary Josh Earnest.
“He owned up to it, and he’s taken the necessary steps to prevent it from happening again,” Earnest told reporters.
The best way to get away with being a lawbreaker is to be a Democrat.
Classic.
Maybe we should all switch our political registration to Democrat and see what we could get away with.
Maybe not.
Weren’t we once a nation of laws?
What incentive should any of us have to follow the law? As Democrats chatter about the need for increased efforts to promote equality, they remain guiltier than anybody as they support a criminal whose guilt is beyond debate.
Now, we have a potential VP pick that has broken federal law. And what has been the response? “He owned up to it, so we should let him off.”
If I steal a car and am caught, will I be let off with a warning if I promise to be more law-abiding in the future?
No – that privilege is only reserved for liberal elites. The rest of us face consequences.
