G20 Rulers Push for Global Socialism
We will know that the science fiction dystopian scenario of worldwide tyranny has become real when taxes are extracted not just by our city and state and country, but on behalf of the entire human race. This nightmare is right around the corner:
A group of 183 organisations from 42 countries has issued a plea to world leaders to impose a tax on financial transactions to help meet the costs of the economic crisis.
Members include Britain’s Robin Hood Tax campaign, supported by the TUC, Friends of the Earth and ActionAid.
Given their ignorance of anything that doesn’t support their ideology, our collectivist ruling class probably misses the irony of naming an outlandishly unjust and repressive tax after a guy who robbed tax collectors.
Their plea comes ahead of the summit of leaders of G20 economic powers in the South Korean capital Seoul on November 11-12.
The issue of measures needed to stabilise the world economy and boost the global recovery are set to be discussed.
The plea comes in a letter addressed to G20 leaders including Prime Minister David Cameron and US President Barack Obama.
It is signed by development, health, education and environmental charities and unions from 16 of the G20 countries.
They argue that a financial tax would help meet the costs “of the global financial and economic crisis, including reducing the unacceptably high rate of job loss, and achieve key development, health, education and climate change objectives in developing countries”.
As we’re getting used to under the regime of Hope & Change, temporary economic conditions and the thoroughly discredited global warming hoax are exploited in an attempt to justify a hard and permanent lurch to the left.
Once American taxpayers are on the hook for guaranteeing living conditions in “developing” Third World hellholes, we are on the steep slope to the ultimate liberal dream: a planetary socialist regime in which there is no middle class anywhere, only condescending moonbat rulers and the half-starved plebs they dole out gruel to.
Comrade Obama, the avatar of American decline, says:
“There is going to be a tug-of-war within the US between those who see globalisation as a threat and those who accept we live in a open integrated world, which has challenges and opportunities.”
If globalization means “spreading our wealth around” to the entire Third World until all of it is gone, resistance had better be significantly more serious than a tug-of-war.
Global Obamunism will have us living in dung huts. Via
