CNN President Confronted Over Fake News – Watch How He Reacts…

CNN has been in hot water in recent days, with one story being retracted and three reporters being fired. On top of that, Project Veritas released two videos exposing CNN as peddling fake news. Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe decided to confront CNN President Jeff Zucker himself and the confrontation did not go well.

The first video Project Veritas released featured John Bonifield, who has been working for CNN for 15 years. He said there was no proof that the claims the network is making regarding Donald Trump and Russia have any veracity, but that CNN is pushing the story anyway for ratings. “It’s mostly bull**** right now. Like, we don’t have any giant proof,” he admitted in the video. “The way these leaks happen, they would have leaked it. If it was something really good, it would leak. So, I just feel like they don’t really have it but they want to keep digging. So I think the president is probably right to say, ‘Look you are witch hunting me. You have no smoking gun. You have no real proof’.”

CNN excused Bonifield’s statement, saying “diversity of personal opinion is what makes CNN strong, we welcome it and embrace it.” But then the second video was released, with CNN contributor Van Jones telling an undercover reporter that the Russia story was a big “nothing burger.”

At this point, CNN stopped talking. So, O’Keefe decided to go straight to the top and confront Zucker himself about the footage. O’Keefe tried to get a statement from Zucker, asking, “Do you have a comment, sir, about the Russia story?,” only for Zucker to completely ignore him and get right into a waiting vehicle.

It seems that Zucker wants to keep this story quiet. Maybe he’s worried about that “fake news” label being proven true once and for all.
