Well, it’s done… and we all have no one to blame but ourselves. Bill O’Reilly is officially out at Fox News. The word is there is a massive shakeup at Fox News and Tucker Carlson will take O’Reilly’s slot at 8 pm. Don’t get me wrong… I like Tucker Carlson, but he’s not O’Reilly. O’Reilly was the face of Fox News. And what happens to Jesse Watters? I guess he’s on The Five now. Mark my words, this is the beginning of the end of Fox News. I’d bet everything on it.

And if you think this will stop with Bill O’Reilly, you are sadly mistaken. Media Matters is behind all of this and they’ll go after Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson next. The right let itself be fractured this last election and this is one of the results of that. I am beyond sad to see this happen. Fox News is the only outlet conservatives have to turn to and the Murdochs are now cleansing it. They don’t like conservatives by the way.

With the massive news this afternoon that Bill O’Reilly is officially out at Fox News, Fox has now announced that Tucker Carlson will be taking the coveted 8 pm slot.

Tucker Carlson Tonight will be moving up from 9 pm, which will now be the home of The Five, co-hosted by Kimberly Guilfoyle, Dana Perino, Bob Beckel, Greg Gutfeld, Jesse Watters, and Juan Williams.

Eric Bolling will be getting the 5 pm slot on May 1st. Next week Fox’s Special Report with Bret Baier will be on next week from 5-7 PM.

Martha MacCallum‘s 7 pm program The First 100 Days will change its name after those first 100 days to The Story with Martha MacCallum.

Sean Hannity remains in his 10 pm timeslot.

“After a thorough and careful review of the allegations, the Company and Bill O’Reilly have agreed that Bill O’Reilly will not be returning to the Fox News Channel,” 21st Century Fox said in a statement. And the media witch hunt claims one more victim. Media Matters and leftist PACs have dumped millions into bringing people down such as Glenn Beck and Bill O’Reilly. They’ve lied and schemed and they have been successful. Some are talking about licensing journalists now and how do you think that will end? It will pretty much silence the right entirely.

O’Reilly, who was the network’s signature talent and used his cable news fame to become a best-selling author, live tour attraction and TV producer, has been off the air since April 12th. He was scheduled to return from a vacation Monday… but not anymore. Today will be a day that history does not look kindly upon, but the communists will celebrate it endlessly. You may not realize it now, but this was a black day for conservatism and for freedom of speech.
