Former Fox News Host Files SHOCK Lawsuit

Fox News is having a hard time. The network has lost both Roger Ailes and superstar host Bill O’Reilly to allegations of sexual harassment, as well as Megyn Kelly and Gretchen Carlson. Andrea Tantaros is another Fox anchor who alleged sexual harassment and now she’s filed another lawsuit.

Tantaros has an ongoing lawsuit against Fox News pending, in which she claims that she was not only a victim of sexual harassment, but also was wrongfully terminated. But she’s now filed a second lawsuit against Fox News contributor Nomiki Konst and a Fox News executive.

Tantaros filed the suit on Thursday in Manhattan after Konst, a liberal contributor to Fox News, sent out the following tweet:

In her lawsuit, Tantaros says that the tweet was defamatory — and also claims that Fox News public relations executive Irena Briganti told Konst to send out the tweet as a means of intimidating Tantaros, who so far has refused settlement offers in her lawsuit against Fox.

Tuesday night, Tantaros contacted Fox News contributor Pete Snyder to accuse him of running a smear campaign against her on Roger Ailes’ orders, who was ousted as CEO when the sexual harassment scandal broke. Ailes is a large figure in Tantaros’ sexual harassment suit against Fox. And it wasn’t long after this communication that Konst’s tweet was sent out.

“The timing of the Konst tweet, one hour and 17 minutes after Tantaros’s counsel informed Snyder’s counsel that Tantaros would be going forward with her lawsuit against Snyder no later than April 20, 2017 — is highly suspicious,” the lawsuit says.

“Konst had a strong motive to do Briganti’s bidding because Konst desperately wants to appear regularly on Fox News,” it continues.

As for the sexual harassment lawsuit, Tantaros claims that it’s a larger part of the culture at Fox News. “Fox News masquerades as a defender of traditional family values, but behind the scenes, it operates like a sex-fueled, Playboy Mansion-like cult, steeped in intimidation, indecency and misogyny,” her first lawsuit reads.

In John Hawkins’ new book ‘101 Things All Young Adults Should Know’, he teaches that people should never stay in a bad situation because you are afraid of change. This is clearly something Tantaros already understands and all adults should as well.

It’s easier to just believe that it’s impossible to change a situation and refuse to disturb the status quo. But speaking up, trying to make a difference, takes a lot of courage… something Tantaros clearly possesses.
