A Wounded Vet is Helping Neighbors by Plowing Snow in His Wheelchair (VIDEO)

Veterans are often known as the best people this country has to offer. What this wounded veteran did to help his neighbors is a perfect example as to why.

Justin is an Iraq war vet that lives in Bellevue, Nebraska. While in Iraq he suffered injuries that lead to his leg being amputated. On top of that he has gone through a tough fight with brain cancer.

Even after all of these tribulations, Justin can’t help but feel thankful to his community. So when he was outfitted with an off-road wheelchair by the “Independence Fund,” he got creative to fund a way to give back.

He fixed the chair up with its own snowplow with an adjustable tilt! Every snowfall he can be seen plowing the roads to children can avoid slipping.

Such generosity and selflessness is so often seen among service members. It’s up to us to make ourselves worthy by also being, in turn, generous and selfless ourselves.
