When Police Officers Working a WNBA Game Saw This, They Walked Off The Job

Imagine you volunteer to protect a group of people as part of your job. You then see that the very people you are protecting come out in gear that is anti-YOU. What would you do?

These police found out the hard way and THIS is what they did.

From The Daily Caller:

Four police officers in Minneapolis, Minnesota walked off their jobs at a WNBA game between the Minnesota Lynx and the Dallas Wings on Saturday night.

Players wore warmup uniforms that said, “Change Starts With Us. Justice & Accountability” written on the front and “Black Lives Matter” on the back, which caused the four police officers to quickly leave, according to the Star Tribune.

President of the Minneapolis Police Federation Lt. Bob Kroll supported the police officers’ actions, saying: “I commend them for it.”

He also indicated that other police officers may follow suit. “If [the players] are going to keep their stance, all officers may refuse to work there.”

Awesome! I absolutely applaud them for doing this. Why would you put up with someone who clearly is against you?
