OK, I am all for free speech, and I certainly have nothing against anyone’s food choices. I shop at Whole foods, and I have a vegan kid, even. I do, however have issue with people coming into public places and making spectacles of them selves:

You stupid hippies. This is isn’t education. This is the epitome of stupid. I love the part where they say the chickens had “stories of their own, and rich emotional lives filled with desire, curiosity and pain – cut short because they were of a different species than us” (1:17)

Lol. OK. I am willing to buy that chickens may have had lives but I highly doubt that they were created to not be eaten. My neighbor has chickens, and they are constantly running out in the road, standing on a fencepost and falling off. They are not smart and my non-veterinarian opinion is that they are not experiencing any emotional spectrum like humans do. This was of course in the hippie mecca of Berkeley. Get real hippies. Everyone is entitled to choice, not just you.
