Congrats To Melissa Clouthier For Winning A Sammie

My co-blogger and right-hand gal Melissa Clouthier is going to be representing Right Wing News at the Sam Adams Alliance blog awards, the Sammies.

Melissa won the “Microblogger of the Year” award for her twittering, which is extremely sweet, not just because it’s great to be recognized, but because there’s a $2,000 payday for winning the award.

So, congrats, Melissa, and thank you to the Sam Adams Alliance for actually recognizing excellence in the blogosphere. At a time when most conservative think tanks, magazines, and radio hosts ignore the contributions that bloggers make to the movement, it’s great to see an organization stepping up to the plate to recognize members of the Rightroots.
