Lefty mag claims Hillary dresses like a lesbian

hlrypntstsSociety has become so politically correct that hardly anyone dares comment publicly about the fact that many lesbians have a few similar styles of clothing that make them somewhat identifiable from straight women. The left especially cries offense if anyone brings it up. So it was pretty shocking to see a standard bearer magazine on the left, Slate, run an article comparing Hillary’s style of clothing to what lesbians wear.

Weasel Zippers ran the story, with part of the article,

…if Clinton were a lesbian, I’d be proud to claim her fashion sense. Clinton embodies something many lesbians accomplish effortlessly: She dresses in a way that does not cater to, or even consider, the male gaze. Clinton has never sought to make herself a sexual object to please straight men, even when such men have mocked and insulted her for having the temerity not to.

Wow! I’d never publicly say that about Hillary and I’m not politically correct nor do I agree with her politics. Maybe what they really should have said is if you’re going to run for president, drab pantsuits probably aren’t the best choice of clothing. The question remains, will the lefty writer get any backlash from the left or is their rage only reserved for the right?
