Oh SNAP! Kellyanne Just Took This Social Justice Warrior To The CLEANERS!

17 year-olds aren’t generally revered for their wisdom. In fact, most young people – aside from yours truly – are quite liberal and do more thinking with their hearts, as opposed to their brains.

That’s why it was extremely easy for Trump surrogate Kellyanne Conway to wipe the floor with a high school student who asked her how she, as a woman, could work with Trump after discovering his less-than-gentlemanly comments about women.

I am so sick of people (read: liberals) thinking that because I’m a woman I have to ascribe to a certain way of thinking or I am a “traitor to my gender.” Yes, I’ve heard that before from men who are ashamed they can’t use my own reproductive organs against me in an argument.

The fact that this is coming from the party that claims to be “open-minded” and “inclusive” is not only ironic, but a painful reminder that their goal isn’t actually to be tolerant, but to be in control of your way of thinking.

Kellyanne Conway recognized this and immediately shut it down, reminding the child that there are more important things in the world to worry about and Trump’s comments, while repulsive, aren’t among them.

“I’m glad that people looked at [the allegations] and said, ‘You know what? That’s an argument that will not create a single job in my community, not bring back a single of the 70,000 factories that have been closed, will not deter one member of ISIS from doing their bloodletting here or anywhere else in the world,” Trump’s former campaign manager continued.

But here’s the real kicker. The 17 year-old who asked Kellyanne Conway the ridiculous question? Well her name is Maaike Laanstra-Corn and she is the daughter of Mother Jones’ Washington Bureau Chief, David Corn.
