Prank Interviewer Asks Students: ‘Should John Boehner Resign Over His Role in Deflate-Gate?’

One need not be a political news junkie, but we should all have an idea of what’s going on in our country. In a video that highlights this necessity, a prank interviewer asks students is John Boehner should resign for his role in Deflate-Gate, the controversy surrounding the New England Patriots’ alleged knowledge of using slightly-deflated footballs to gain an advantage. Caleb Bonham, editor-in-chief of Campus Reform, often likes to have fun at the expense of the less-informed.

On Friday, Campus Reform released a new video in which Bonham asks students at University of Colorado if John Boehner should resign over “his role in Deflate-Gate.”

The results are pretty terrific:

“I think so. I think you’ve just gotta keep it fair.”

“Personally, I don’t think he’s responsible for Tom Brady’s actions, and I don’t know if he was involved. They need to do a little more investigation…”

But, finally, someone passed the test!

“John Boehner is not in the NFL. He’s the Speaker of the House.”

This just goes to show you, some people do pay attention.

It’s great to see that some people know what’s going on, but videos like these are far too common. Our society is in trouble.
