I can’t even. Just when you think the Rachel Dolezal story can’t get any more bizarre, she apparently sued Howard University – a historically African-American college – for anti-white discrimination. This was five years before she began self-identifying as a black woman herself.
Rachel Dolezal, the NAACP leader who resigned Monday after it was revealed she pretended to be black, reportedly sued Howard University in 2002 accusing them of discriminating against her because she was a white woman.
Dolezal, then known as Rachel Moore, sued the historically black college after she graduated with a Master of Fine Arts degree alleging discrimination ‘based on race, pregnancy, family responsibilities, and gender,’ according to court documents obtained by The Smoking Gun.
She alleged that the university denied her teaching positions and a scholarship. She also claimed that a university official removed some of her artwork from a student exhibition in order to ‘favor African-American students over’ her.

Maybe the plan is to plead insanity? I mean, she didn’t break any laws, but an insanity plea might still apply.
