A state dept. employee that helped Hillary Clinton set up her email server is ducking responsibility (typical) by pleading the Fifth and WILL NOT testify in front of Congress. I just love how no one is taking ownership of anything in this heinous situation:

Brian Pagliano, who worked at the Department when Clinton decided to install the insecure, homebrew technology, has been asked to appear before the Benghazi committee.
But, according to the Washington Post, he will plead the Fifth Amendment to avoid giving any testimony at all.
The amendment guarantees the right to avoid incriminating yourself in a court.
The avoidance strategy came to light in a letter from Pagliano’s lawyers, who told the Benghazi committee that he would plead the Fifth to any and all questions in the hearing.
The top Democrat on the Benghazi committee, Maryland Rep. Elijah Cummings, confirmed the letter in a memo to fellow Democrats.
Cummings wrote that he is not surprised that Pagliano would wish to take the Fifth given what Cummings calls the ‘wild and unsubstantiated accusations’ against Clinton, the former secretary of state and current Democratic presidential candidate.
The congressional committee was launched to investigate the Obama administration’s response to the 2012 attack on U.S. diplomatic facilities in Benghazi, Libya.
That probe has widened to include Clinton’s use of a private email server when she was secretary of state. Clinton has dismissed both controversies as ‘partisan games’.
Or, you’re just a liar caught in your web of deceit you’ve woven. I choose to believe that over the flimsy excuses Hillary keeps handing out. Seriously, lady, get real. Sell your crazy elsewhere- we’re all full up here from the years of lies you’ve fed us.
