It’s very simple. Ted Cruz will be left with only the NeverTrumpers who are a minority within the GOP. That’s leaves the majorly of the GOP base who will never ever forgive Cruz for cutting out the legs from under Trump and letting Hillary take the White House.
So if Cruz thinks he has a shot in 2020 in getting the GOP nod, think again because he’ll have no possible shot. And he might as well change his name to Jeb Bush, or Mitt Romney because that is how he’ll be looked at for the rest of his life.
