Things Just Got a LOT Worse for HIV-Infected Charlie Sheen

Charlie Sheen is well-known for drugs, alcohol, partying, girls..girls..girls..and now boys..transgenders..and most recently HIV. Oh! He also has done some acting. Now, it seems that he maybe adding yet ANOTHER hat to his collection. You wouldn’t guess this one in a million years…

Charlie Sheen’s ex-fiancee Brett Rossi has claimed he ‘tried to organize a hit on her ex-husband’.

In an explosive radio interview, Rossi (aka Scottine Ross) said Sheen had told her ‘he wanted to kill my ex-husband’, but she assumed it was just ‘Charlie being upset’.

But then she found text messages between Sheen and an unnamed friend, which she claims discussed how to find her ex-partner.

Rossi has also made the claims in the $5million lawsuit she filed against the actor last week.

‘I didn’t take him serious until a week later I saw the text messages between him and a friend of his, who is also another name I will not pull out yet,’ she told the Opie and Jim Norton show on SiriusXM.

‘I saw the text messages of him essentially trying to coordinate a hit on my ex-husband.

‘They were discussing how they were going to find him and Charlie was stating, “can you help me out? I have this problem. I want her ex-husband gone etc. etc.’

Rossi said she messaged Sheen’s friend and told him: ‘If anything happens to my ex-husband, there is blood on your hands and I know that you had something to do with it.’

She claims she and Sheen fought just five minutes later and he attacked her.

‘He told me: “If I said anything, if anything got back to him, he would tell the police that I was the one that coordinated it. And that I would rot in jail because he has all the money and the power.”

One week later, Rossi’s ex-husband sent her an image from his security camera showing a man wearing a ski mask, gloves and a ‘box of what looked like there was some type of weapon in there’, she said.

Rossi also claims Sheen accused her of sleeping with her ex-husband, Jonathan Ross.

She was married to Jonathan when she began dating Sheen, though they were in the process of getting a divorce.

Sheen has already slammed claims made by Rossi in the lawsuit she filed against him.

Sheen is claiming that Rossi not only knew that he was HIV-positive, but also was the one who ‘insisted’ that the couple have unprotected sex.

The defendant complaint goes on to allege that ‘Rossi does not describe how she was having sexual relations with others while she was engaged to Sheen and having unprotected sex at Rossi’s insistence.’

Rossi had said in her complaint Sheen did not tell her his status until after they had engaged in unprotected sex five times and she found his medication.

Sheen is also denying many of Rossi’s other claims in that complaint, including that he was ever physically abusive to her or forced her to have an abortion after she became pregnant with the couple’s child.

Sheen is hoping the court will throw out Rossi’s lawsuit due to the non-disclosure agreement she signed the first time they met in 2013 which includes a clause requiring she settle all claims against the actor in arbitration.

Rossi admitted to signing the NDA saying she did so shortly after arriving at his home to have sex with him for $10,000 but now calls the document an ‘illegal, invalid and void non-disclosure agreement.’

The pair quickly grew close, and Sheen proposed to Rossi just a few months after meeting her during a trip to Hawaii over Valentine’s Day. A month later, Rossi claims she became pregnant.

Rossi said she and Sheen wanted to have a baby, and that the actor wanted to name it Charlie if it was a girl.

When she told him the news however he became upset, according to her documents which say; ‘Sheen indicated that he did not want his child to have his blood type (i.e., HIV-positive) and told [Rossi] that she had to have an abortion.’

She also claims that in October Sheen had agreed to settle for $1million and a percentage of his Anger Management residuals, but then ‘reneged’ in favor of a jury trial.

Sheen and his legal team explain the reason behind this in their complaint, saying that before he and his team could sign the papers, Rossi appeared on a website bashing the actor.

That video – obtained by Radar Online and filmed in April of 2015 – showed Rossi at home burning mementos from her relationship with Sheen.

She can be seen sobbing as she yells; ‘You exposed me to HIV for a year and a half! You made me get rid of a baby.’

Rossi then adds: ‘You offered me a hundred grand after basically being married to you… you piece of sh*t. After everything I f**king did for you and your f**king kids!’

Sheen’s attorneys believe this video and the comments Rossi makes about Sheen’s status are a violation of the settlement agreement and that she should now receive no money from the settlement.

‘Nearly a year into their relationship, Rossi revealed her true self: A woman motivated by greed and consumed with jealously,’ Sheen says in his filing.

Sheen is also claiming he gave Rossi $500,000 in gifts and trips over the course of their relationship – which lasted less then a year.

She is accused by Sheen of attempting to ‘extort millions of dollars by disclosing [the actor’s] medical condition even though she had signed a confidentiality agreement.’

Sheen claimed during his appearance on Today, when he announced he was HIV-positive, that he only had unprotected sex with two individuals after learning his status.

One of those women, Amanda Bruce, came forward the next day in an interview with Dr. Oz saying that she agreed to have sex with Sheen without a condom.

She said during her appearance the two were intimate ‘every day’ and that she first consulted doctors and took PrEP(pre- exposure prophylaxisto) to lower her risk of contracting the virus before they had sex.

Rossi claims in her court documents that she took similar precautions when she had intercourse with Sheen after learning his status.

Worn out: Brett Rossi was seen in LA for the first time on Friday after suing her ex Charlie Sheen

Jason Quinlan, the close friend of a woman who had a threesome with Sheen at his Beverly Hills mansion in 2011, revealed to that the actor paid $10million after the woman learned he was HIV-positive – which he did not disclose before they had unprotected sex.

The woman only learned of his status when, after a 12-hour drug, alcohol and sex marathon, the spaced-out superstar nonchalantly asked the porn star to fetch his ‘HIV pills’ from the bathroom.

‘She felt sick, she told me she had been having unprotected sex with Charlie and was convinced she had contracted HIV from him,’ said Quinlan.

‘She told me, “I’d been having unprotected sex with him for almost a year along with 50 other girls at minimum’.”

Some of the actor’s former flames are also going public and revealing details of their trysts with Sheen.

Hours after Sheen told Matt Lauer that he has had the virus for ‘roughly four years’ last month and had informed all of his sexual partners since that time, the actor’s former girlfriend Bree Olson made an appearance on The Howard Stern Show telling a very different story.

She claimed that Sheen never once revealed to her that he is HIV-positive, and said later in a separate interview with Inside Edition; ‘He’s a monster.’

Shortly after Olson appeared on Stern’s show, another of Sheen’s sexual partners, Natalie Kenly, came forward to say that the actor never told her either that he is HIV-positive.

Sources close to Sheen told TMZ that he did not find out he is HIV-positive until May 2011, at which time he was no longer with Olson – though he was still dating Kenly.

TMZ also reported last month that six of Sheen’s former sexual partners are planning to sue the actor for ‘intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud, sexual battery’.

Some of these women are alleging they had both protected and unprotected sex with Sheen as recently as a month ago.

Make it stop…please.
