Three Students Arrested in DC with Bomb Making Equipment

With the shocking discovery of bomb making supplies in the dorm room of college kids in Washington, D.C. there is even more widespread awareness that not only are attacks like Brussels a likely probability that they will be coming to America, but it seems that the tools and those that will would support it, are already here.

The Associated Press is reporting that three George Mason University students have been arrested for allegedly possessing bomb-making equipment in their dorm room.

The as-yet unidentified students were arrested last Wednesday night after flames were seen coming from their dorm-room window. Along with drug paraphernalia, the students were found with equipment that police said could be used for making bombs.

The arrests have added meaning after today’s massive attacks in Brussels that have so far claimed more than 30 lives.

George Mason University is located in Fairfax County, Virginia outside of Washington DC which has been the site of jihadi organizing and recruitment in recent years and even months.
