VIDEO: 2 Girls Battle to Blow Cockroach Into the Other’s Mouth as Part of Weird Game Show

Game shows are definitely scraping the bottom of the barrel in Japan. They’ve always had weird shows, but this one – involving two women, a tube, and a cockroach – is a new level of disgusting.

The game sees two young women positioned at either end of a clear plastic tube, a cockroach between them inside the pipe.

The aim of the game is to blow hard enough that the other one ends up swallowing the cockroach.

Starting off with a bit of back-and-forth, the pair send the bug flying down the tube between them between fits of giggles.

Laughing and gesturing their hands throughout the duration of the game the pair are cheered on by others behind them.

It comes precariously close to entering each of their mouths as it shoots down the pipe, before getting stuck at the left end.

The woman on the left then sends the cockroach shooting into her opponent’s mouth with one strong blow.

The recipient recoils while laughing, sticks her tongue out and opens her mouth but the creepy crawly is nowhere to be seen.

It seems as though the cockroach travelled straight down the back of her throat, and she did definitely not come out on top after the game.

Onlookers react with equal parts disgust and surprise as the loser of the competition laughs and comes to terms with what she just ingested.

There are easier, and less creepy-crawly, ways to get your protein.
