Ginger Maxville, an Oklahoma Teacher’s aide, sprang into action when it became apparent that a child on the bus she was driving was choking on something he had swallowed. She grabbed him, performed the Heimlich maneuver and out came a penny. Her quick thinking likely saved his life. See video below.
