What an idiot.  Meron Simon has more class than I do, because U would have given Pepiot the crotch chop after I beat him, just to mock him for this…

An Oregon runner got a little ahead of himself at this year’s Pepsi Team Invitational. Oregon’s Tanguy Pepiot decided to do a celebratory “I can’t hear you!” crowd-pumping move during a race that he assumed he had locked down. Washington’s Meron Simon saw Pepiot celebrating, turned on the jets and ended up narrowly winning the race.

What is the runners’ equivalent to face palm? Sneaker asphalt? Sweatband forehead? Fitbit chin? Whatever it is, this runner gets one of them.

He can now live the rest of his life mocked on social media.  Watch below.
